Budget phones under 10000 are not the best but there are some good phones worth the price and are not a total waste of money. Sub-10000 phones are good for gifting to parents or for a backup phone.
Anyways, brands like Samsung and Motorola have good phones in this price range. Although objectively, Samsung has a few more models and better phones in this category. If you are looking for a good phone under 10000, here is a list.

Samsung Galaxy A03 is a good choice in this segment with all the basic requirements for a smartphone. It has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. 32GB of storage can fill up quickly, but this allows you to expand the memory to up to 1TB.
It is powered by Unisoc T606 which isn’t great but does the job. At this price, talking about the processor doesn’t make much sense and the things that really matter are the RAM, storage and battery.
You get a rather larger screen of 6.5-inches TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 720×1600 pixels. Under this price range, this phone has the best camera performance. It features a dual-camera setup for the rear and a single selfie camera. The rear camera has a 2 MP depth sensor and a 48MP primary sensor.

This is the best sub-10000 Samsung phone and the only one with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. 4GB RAM is enough for regular. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 which has a decent performance very similar to the Galaxy A03.
It has an excellent battery performance and supports fast charging. With a 5000mAh battery, you can expect a full-day battery with moderate usage.
It sports a triple rear camera setup with a 13MP primary lens, 5MP ultra-wide lens and 2MP depth camera. For the selfie camera, it has a single 8MP lens.
Overall, this is the best phone under 10000 but you might not find it in stock (in online stores like Amazon).

There aren’t a lot of phones under this category. Yes, there are phones from other brands but for Samsung, these are the only phones which are available in the market right now. You can choose any phone from this based on your budget limitations.
If you are looking for a phone with larger storage, you can choose the Galaxy M11 which has better storage and RAM than any other phone listed here. Alternatively, you can choose the Galaxy A03s for its better display and relatively less price.
