OnePlus has launched its next-gen Watch 2 globally, and it comes with a massive 500 mAh battery and an interesting architecture. The first watch ran without the Wear OS and had an OS based on basic RTOS(a Real-Time Operating System adaptable to various smartwatch designs) platform.

OnePlus Watch 2 Performance
The OnePlus Watch 2 breaks the mold with its dual-engine architecture. This includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 for the primary Wear OS 4 interface, and a BES2700 co-processor dedicated to low-power RTOS tasks, enhancing efficiency and overall performance.
It also features 2GB of RAM with 32GB of storage. It also had 4GB of eMMC storage for RTOS mode.

The OnePlus Watch 2 offers two modes: Smart Mode for full Wear OS functionality, and a power-saving mode for extended battery life while still providing fitness tracking and notifications.

OnePlus Watch 2 include a vibrant 1.43-inch AMOLED display (466 x 466 pixels) protected by durable 2.5D sapphire crystal. It features a stylish stainless steel case with 22mm strap compatibility, accurate dual-frequency GPS, and IP68 water and dust resistance.
OnePlus Watch 2 Battery Life and Charging
OnePlus really went crazy with the battery capacity as it makes use of a 532mAh battery in a 47mm diameter dial. OnePlus claims that it can last up to 100 hours in Smart Mode or about 2 days with heavy usage and all features enabled.
