AMD Radeon RX 7600M XT RDNA 3 Laptop GPU Based on Navi 33 Die. So far, the AMD Radeon RX 7600M XT is the fastest RDNA 3 GPU released by the red team for laptops. The Radeon 7000M/S series, which is based on the Navi 33 chip, is initially aimed at the mainstream market.
AMD uses 32 Compute Units with 2048 shader processors, 8 GB of GDDR6 memory at 18 Gbps, and a 128-bit bus interface in the 7600M XT. The GPU has 32 MB of Infinity cache and can operate at 75-120W.

Metaphyun, a Chinese manufacturer, has released the first benchmarks of AMD’s current fastest RDNA 3 laptop GPU, the Radeon RX 7600M XT. The entire laptop has a rated power demand of 230W when combined with an AMD Ryzen 7 7735H “Rembrandt Refresh” Processor. The laptop itself has 16 GB of DDR5-4800 memory, and a 512 GB PCIe NVMe 4.0 SSD.
In 3DMark Fire Strike, the AMD Radeon RX 7600M XT RDNA 3 Laptop GPU earned 30,393 points and 10,451 points in 3DMark Time Spy. A GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, by comparison, earns 26,931 points in 3DMark Fire Strike and 10,969 points in 3DMark Time Spy.
The RX 7600M XT is thus 5% slower in Time Spy and 13% faster in Fire Strike. While the GPU power is not given, both chips use GPUs that are optimised for efficiency, so it’s encouraging to see that AMD outperforms Intel.
