OnePlus launches OnePlus 11 5G, tablet, TVs and more at Cloud 11 launch event

OnePlus conducted its Cloud 11 launch event where it showcased and launched OnePlus 11 5G and OnePlus Pad. One Plus also showcased some of its TV, its flagship earbuds and a keyboard.

It OnePlus 11 5G will be the company’s first flagship smartphone to debut in India in 2023. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s most recent Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU and runs OxygenOS 13 on top of Android 13 out of the box.

Here is a rundown of everything that was launched at the OnePlus Cloud 11 launch event.

OnePlus 11 5G

OnePlus 11 5G will be powered by the most recent Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU from Qualcomm, with 256GB of internal storage which is not expandable. It is supported by an Adreno 740 GPU and will have up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. It also includes the HyperBoost Gaming Engine.

It will feature a display with a 6.7-inch Quad-HD+ (1,440×3,216 pixels) 10-bit LTPO 3.0 AMOLED screen with 525ppi pixel density, a dynamic refresh rate of 0-120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of up to 1,000Hz.

The display is approved for HDR 10+ and includes Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

The phone comes with a triple back camera configuration that has been customised by Hasselblad for images and movies.

The rear camera unit has:

  • a 48-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with a 0.5-inch Sony IMX581 sensor with a 115-degree field of view, and an f/2.2 aperture;
  • a 32-megapixel telephoto camera with a 1/2.74-inch Sony IMX709 sensor and an f/2.0 aperture.
  • a 50-megapixel 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX890 sensor with optical image stabilisation, an f/1.8 aperture and a 6P lens.

The camera will have features like Nightscape, Smart Scene Recognition, Super Stable mode, and RAW image support, among others.

For the front, it will feature a 16-megapixel camera with a Sony IMX471 sensor and an f/2.45 aperture, located in a display cutout.

It has Dual “Reality” speakers that enable Dolby Atmos. The phone has 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 7 (the Indian version only has Wi-Fi 6), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS (Dual-band, L1+L5), A-GPS, NFC, and a USB 2.0 Type-C connector as connectivity options.

Additionally, proximity, geomagnetic, gyro, and ambient light sensors are included.

For biometric authentication, the OnePlus 11 5G has an in-display fingerprint sensor and also has facial recognition.

It has a dual-cell, 5,000mAh battery that supports 100W SuperVOOC fast charging, and according to OnePlus’ Smart Rapid Charge, the phone can be completely charged in only 25 minutes.

It weighs 205g and is 163.1×74.1×8.53mm in size.

Price and Availability of OnePlus 11 5G

The pricing of the recently released OnePlus 11 5G in India is set at Rs. 56,999 for the 8GB + 128GB storage configuration, and Rs. 61,999 for the 12GB + 256GB storage option.

The colour options include Eternal Green and Titan Black. Preorders for the phone start today, and it will be available for purchase starting on February 14 through the OnePlus website and other online and offline retail partners. A 100GB Google One subscription with six months of storage will also be made available to customers by OnePlus.

OnePlus Pad with 11.61-inch display

The OnePlus Pad, the company’s first Android tablet, has an 11.61-inch display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, a resolution of 2800×2000 (296 PPI), and a brightness of 500nits. The tablet is 6.54mm thin, 5.52 grammes heavy, and has a 7:5 screen ratio and an 88 per cent screen-to-body ratio. It also has 2.5D curved glass.

The tablet supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, runs Android 13, and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 CPU with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The four speakers provide an Omnibearing sound field, and depending on how the tablet is held, the speakers may switch between the left and right channels.

With smartphones, the OnePlus Pad offers 5G cellular sharing. A single 13-megapixel back camera and an 8-megapixel front camera are included with the tablet.

It has a 9,510mAh battery that supports 67W SUPERVOOC rapid charging and is rated to provide up to one month’s worth of standby time. In the retail package, it also has a pen and a corresponding magnetic keyboard.

Price and Availability of the OnePlus Pad

Beginning in April, pre-orders for the OnePlus Pad will be accepted in India, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The tablet will only come with Wi-Fi connectivity. The cost of the tablet was not disclosed by OnePlus.

OnePlus Buds Pro 2 with ANC and 39 hours of battery life

The TWS earbuds from OnePlus have 6mm and 11mm tweeters. It is claimed that the adaptive noise cancellation (ANC) capability can cancel out up to 48dB of outside noise.

Additionally, there is a Transparency option that enables users to hear background noise. According to OnePlus, the overall battery life of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 may last up to 25 hours with ANC switched on and up to 39 hours with ANC off.

They will feature LHDC 4.0 audio codec-compatible Bluetooth 5.3 wireless connectivity. The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 allow dual connections and Google’s Fast Pair function. They are touted to provide a connection with ultra-low latency of just 54 milliseconds and a wireless range of up to 10 metres.

Three microphones are included, and the earphones include touch controls. The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 have excellent dust and water protection, earning an IP55 rating. They can respond to frequencies between 10Hz and 40,000Hz. IMU sensors incorporated into these TWS earbuds are intended to produce activity level and posture reminders.

OnePlus Buds Pro 2 price and Availability

In India, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 are available for Rs. 11,999. The colours of these OnePlus earphones are Arbor Green and Obsidian Black.

Pre-orders begin today, and on February 14 the general sale will begin. The earbuds are available for purchase on the official OnePlus India website, Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, the OnePlus Store app, and other official partners.

The OnePlus Buds Pro 2R, a specially designed version of the earphones for India, cost Rs. 9,999. In March, this variation will be put up for sale.

OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro

The OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro, the company’s new flagship model, has more advanced hardware and software features than its predecessor. The 65-inch QLED display boasts a 120Hz refresh rate, 97 percent DCI-P3 colour space coverage, 1200 nits of peak brightness, and 120 local dimming zones.

It also supports 4K (3840 x 2160) quality pictures. On top of Android TV, OxygenPlay 2.0 is running.

It offers Dolby Atmos sound compatibility and is compatible with the video codecs AVI, MKV, MP4, and WMV. The OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro’s 70W 2.1 channel soundbar is front-firing and Dynaudio-tuned, however, it is not motorised. The smart TV with WiFi capability also has Bluetooth functionality.

OnePlus Monitor E24

OnePlus also unveiled its first monitor. E24 is a 24-inch, FHD (1920×1280) monitor with IPS panel and 75Hz refresh rate. It will have a peak brightness of 250 nits.

The monitor is very thin at just 8mm and will have USB Type-C for connectivity.

OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro

OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro is a 65% keyboard with 81 keys and will feature two switches, one tactile and another linear. It will also feature PBT keycaps.

The OnePlus Keyboard has an alert slider, a double gasket construction for quieter keystrokes and comfortable typing all day. This mechanical keyboard boasts hot-swappable switches and a lightweight aluminium housing.

Both Mac and Windows operating systems support it. The keyboard’s Marble-mallow keycaps come in two colour options and switches: Winter Bonfire (tactile switches) and Summer Breeze(linear switches). The alert slider, which was “derived from OnePlus devices,” is also included with the keyboard.
