Here’s everything that Apple launched in Apple Event 2021

Apple’s Event 2021 saw a host of new launches, from the new iPhone 13 to a value-packed iPad (9th generation). Here is a look at everything and an overview of everything Apple launched.

Apple iPhone 13, Mini, Pro and Pro Max

Apple iPhone 13 series saw a few upgrades from the previous iPhone 12 series, mainly in the camera department. Although the camera is the same at 12MP, the new iPhone 13 uses a bigger lens with an f/1.6 aperture which will improve the overall quality of the images and videos.

iPhone 13 also has an increased peak brightness of 800 nits compared to 625 nits in iPhone 12 and Pro models now have 1000 nits (1200 nits in HDR) compared to 800 nits in iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max.

Rest, everything remains more or less compared to the iPhone 12 series.

Apple iPad

Apple’s new iPad (9th generation) has seen some major upgrades over the last generation in the display, camera, software, and processor while keeping the price the same which makes it a super value-packed iPad.

Finally, the iPad has updated its front camera to a 12MP ultra-wide camera from the last generation’s 1.2MP Face-time HD camera.

Not only that, the new iPad has another significant update in the storage department. The base storage is now doubled to 64GB from 32GB. It would have been better if was 128GB increased storage is something that was needed sorely for iPad.

Apple iPad Mini

While iPad saw a significant boost overall, iPad Mini too saw similar upgrades most notably in the processor. iPad Mini (6th gen) now uses A15 Bionic chip compared to the A12 Bionic chip used in 5th gen iPad Mini.

iPad Mini is now bigger than the previous generation. The iPad mini has an 8.3″ display with a Liquid Retina display compared to the 7.9″ display with a Retina display of the previous generation.

iPad Mini has also got a 12MP ultra-wide camera, just like the new iPad.

Apple Watch Series

Apple has revealed the new Apple Watch Series 7 with an updated design, bigger screen, more durable and faster charging.

The new Watch series also comes with multiple new colours and durability, battery, design has been the major focus of improvement for Apple.

Apple Watch Series will be available later this year starting from price $399 (₹29900).
