Vivo X200 Series Leak Reveals Design, 6,000mAh Battery, and 50MP Primary Camera

The Vivo X200 series is anticipated as the successor to the Vivo X100 lineup. While the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro were launched in India in January 2024, their initial debut took place in China in November 2023, followed by a global release in December.

Although Vivo has not officially announced the new handsets or their launch schedule, recent leaks have begun to surface, shedding light on the Vivo X200’s design and the Vivo X200 Pro’s battery specifications.

Rumored Vivo X200 Design and Features

A Weibo post by the tipster Experience More (translated from Chinese) reveals images of a dummy unit purported to be the Vivo X200. The design showcases a rear camera module within a centrally placed circular ring, accented by a silver ring surrounding it.

The Vivo X200 is expected to feature a slightly curved display with very slim, uniform bezels. The front camera is positioned in a centered hole-punch slot at the top of the screen. The device’s bottom edge includes a speaker grille, a USB Type-C port, a microphone, and a SIM tray slot.

Additional leaks suggest the Vivo X200 might be equipped with a 50-megapixel customized Sony main camera, a 3x mid-range telephoto lens, and a 1.5K resolution display.

Rumored Vivo X200 Pro Battery and Additional Features

Another prominent tipster, Digital Chat Station, has provided insights into the Vivo X200 Pro’s battery specifications. According to the leak, the Vivo X200 Pro is expected to house a battery with a capacity exceeding 6,000mAh.

To address concerns about potential weight and thickness due to the large battery, Vivo might utilize fiberglass material for the body, similar to the Vivo X Fold 3 series.

Further leaks from the same source suggest that the Vivo X200 Pro may feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and a triple rear camera setup, including a periscope lens. The device is also rumored to sport a slightly curved 6.7 or 6.8-inch 1.5K resolution display.

While Vivo has yet to confirm these details or provide an official launch timeline, the leaked information shows what the upcoming Vivo X200 series might bring to the market.
