Lenovo is gearing up to launch a new handheld gaming device, the Legion Go. There have been minor leaks over the last couple of months but, a major leak by Windows Report confirms most of the details about the Lenovo Legion Go.
It will be powered by the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU, which is the same chip that powers the ASUS ROG Ally. This makes the Legion Go one of the most powerful handheld gaming devices on the market.
In addition to its powerful processor, the Legion Go also features an 8.8-inch, 2560 x 1600 pixel 144 Hz refresh rate IPS LCD touchscreen display. The display has a maximum brightness of 500 nits, making it easy to see even in bright conditions.
The Legion Go also has 16 GB of LPDDR5X-7500 memory and a user-replaceable PCIe 4.0 NVMe M. 2 2242 SSD. This combination of memory and storage should provide plenty of power and speed for even the most demanding games.
The Legion Go is also equipped with a variety of ports, including two USB-C ports, a microSD card reader, and a headphone jack. This will allow users to connect a variety of peripherals, such as external displays, storage devices, and headsets.
