OnePlus 13T Display & Design

The OnePlus 13T features a 6.32-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2640 × 1216 pixels. It supports a dynamic 1–120Hz refresh rate and peaks at 1600 nits of brightness. The display is Dolby Vision certified and protected by Oppo’s proprietary Crystal Shield Glass.

Despite its compact form factor, just 150.81mm tall and 71.70mm wide, OnePlus has engineered the phone with a 50:50 weight balance and a smooth metal middle frame. The phone weighs only 185g, with the redesigned “metal cube” back ensuring it remains comfortable during prolonged horizontal or vertical use.

Processor & Performance

At its core, the 13T is powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, built on a 4nm process. It features an octa-core CPU clocked up to 4.32GHz and is paired with the Adreno 830 GPU running at 900MHz. OnePlus claims an AnTuTu score of over 3 million.

The device is equipped with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It also includes a self-developed P2 screen display chip to enhance visuals and support 120 native FPS for compatible games.

Camera System

The OnePlus 13T sports a dual rear camera setup:

  • 50MP Main Camera – Sony IMX906 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilization (OIS)
  • 50MP Telephoto Camera – 2x optical zoom, f/2.0 aperture, OIS

Video recording is supported up to 4K at 60fps. Notably, there is no ultra-wide lens on this model. On the front, it carries a 16MP selfie camera (f/2.4) with 1080p30 video capability.

Battery & Charging

OnePlus has pushed the battery capacity on its 13 series flagship phones and has gone a step beyond for its compact flagship. The OnePlus 13T packs a massive 6,260mAh silicon-carbon battery, which is a first for OnePlus at this scale. It features a high energy density of 851Wh/L with up to 10% silicon-carbon content. Charging is handled by 80W SuperVOOC wired fast charging.

Advanced Cooling

To manage thermals, OnePlus has implemented a 4400mm² VC (vapor chamber) cooling system and a total heat dissipation area of 37,000mm². This includes a 3D structural design close to the SoC and a nano ice crystal coolant, which the company says significantly boosts heat dissipation efficiency.

Shortcut Key Replaces Alert Slider

Instead of the signature Alert Slider, OnePlus has introduced a customizable Shortcut Key. By default, it switches between silent, vibrate, and ringing modes, but users can repurpose it for app shortcuts or in-app actions.

Software & Features

The phone runs Android 15 with ColorOS 15 in China. The global variant is expected to ship with OxygenOS. It includes an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, an infrared blaster, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.

The 13T supports 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual nano-SIM, and a full suite of GNSS options (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS). There’s no 3.5mm headphone jack, but USB Type-C audio is supported.

OnePlus 13T Pricing & Availability

The OnePlus 13T is available in Morning Mist Gray, Heart-pounding Pink, and Cloudy Ink Black. Pre-orders have started in China, and shipping begins on April 30. Global availability is expected in the coming months.
