The new Alienware peripherals include the Alienware Pro Mouse and Alienware Pro Wireless Keyboard.
The Alienware Pro Mouse Specifications
The Alienware Pro Mouse boasts an impressive 4 KHz wireless and 8 KHz wired polling rate, ensuring faster response times during gameplay.
It has an advanced sensor with 650 IPS tracking speed, 50G acceleration, and up to 26,000 DPI for precise gaming. It’s durable, with a 70 million click rating, ensuring reliability for FPS and RTS players.
Designed with input from esports professionals, the mouse features a comfortable symmetrical shape suitable for various grips and hand sizes, weighing less than 60g. It incorporates Magnetic-Force Key plates with optical switches for quick and consistent clicks.
Alienware claims that it has a battery life of 32 hours at 4 kHz polling, 120 hours at 1 kHz polling, and quick USB-C charging. The mouse offers 2.4 GHz wireless or wired connectivity, a Battery Saver Mode, and customizable buttons for hotkeys and macros.

The Alienware Pro Wireless Keyboard
The Alienware Pro Wireless Keyboard caters to competitive gamers, offering a compact 75% custom form factor that strikes a balance between space-saving and essential features.
It uses Alienware Linear Mechanical Switches, which provides a precise 40g actuation force, ensuring quick and satisfying key presses. The keyboard boasts an impressive battery life of 72 hours with RGB at 50% or 798 hours with RGB off on a 2.4GHz wireless connection. Gamers can personalize their experience with switch customization, supporting most 5-pin and 3-pin switches and including a puller tool for easy swapping.
Durability is a priority, with a top plate crafted from 7000 series aluminum and double-shot PBT keycaps tested to 100 million actuations. Stability is ensured with a silicone strip and large feet on the bottom, preventing accidental sliding during intense gaming sessions.
It offers tri-mode connectivity, including 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB-C wired options. With a 1KHz polling rate, it delivers consistent response times in both wired and wireless modes.

AWCC 6.1 introduces notable features such as Battery Saver Mode for the Pro Keyboard, allowing customizable RGB cutoff at a defined battery level. Pro Mouse enhancements include grouped DPI and polling rate preferences, while the Pro Keyboard offers the ability to disable key shortcuts. Firmware updates for both devices and dongles are easily accessible, with future software updates promising additional onboard profiles for the Pro Mouse.
